1) What is vaging.store? +
vaging.store is an online store focused on digital eBooks and bundles. Our goal is simple: clear product pages, secure checkout, and reliable delivery by email.
2) What do you sell right now? +
We currently sell eBooks and downloadable digital bundles. (We may expand into additional digital categories later, but eBooks are our focus right now.)
3) How will I receive my eBook after purchase? +
Your order is delivered by email to the address used at checkout.
  • Most orders arrive within 1 hour.
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
4) Where do I download my eBook? +
Check your delivery email for the download link/details. Depending on the product, you may also find downloads under My Account → Downloads.
  • Tip: Save the delivery email for future access.
5) I didn’t receive the email. What should I do? +
Please do this first:
  • Check Spam/Junk and Promotions folders
  • Confirm the email used at checkout is correct
  • Wait up to 24 hours (most orders arrive sooner)
If you still can’t find it, email us at support@vaging.store and include your order number.
6) My file won’t open / download is corrupted +
Try these quick fixes:
  • Download again using Chrome or another browser
  • If it’s a ZIP file, unzip it (Windows built-in or 7-Zip)
  • For PDFs, open using a modern PDF reader
  • Make sure your device has enough storage space
7) What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept secure online payments through the checkout methods available on the site. Your payment is processed via secure gateways, and we don’t store full card details on our servers.
8) Payment declined / charged but no order — what now? +
  • If payment is declined, try another card or method.
  • If you were charged but didn’t receive confirmation, contact support with a screenshot of the charge + your checkout email.
9) How do I use coupon code VAGING20? +
At checkout, enter VAGING20 in the coupon field and click Apply. If it doesn’t work, confirm:
  • The code is typed correctly (no spaces)
  • The product is eligible for the promotion
  • The code is still active
10) Do you offer refunds? +
