• Prohibited actions: You agree not to misuse the site, scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, or introduce malware.

   Products, Orders & Delivery

vaging.store sells digital products (such as eBooks and digital bundles). Delivery is provided electronically.

• Digital delivery: Products are delivered by email to the address used at checkout.
• Delivery time: Most orders are delivered within 1 hour. In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
• Email responsibility: You are responsible for entering the correct email address and checking Spam/Junk folders.
• Pricing: Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice.

   Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card details on our servers.

• Payment issues: If payment is declined, try another method. If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, contact support with proof of charge.
• Taxes: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes required by their jurisdiction.

   Refunds & Returns (Digital Products)

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” they are generally non-returnable once delivered. Refunds may be considered only in specific cases.

• No refunds for incorrect purchases after delivery.
• No refunds due to internet connection problems or device/browser issues.
• No refunds if the customer is unable to open/use the file due to lack of technical knowledge (we can provide basic guidance).
• Refunds may be granted in cases of non-delivery or where a verified issue cannot be resolved with a replacement (when applicable).
