1) Where do I download my eBook? +
After purchase, your download is delivered by email to the address used at checkout. Depending on the product, you may also find downloads in your account under My Account → Downloads.
- Tip: Save the delivery email for future access.
2) I didn’t receive the email. What should I do? +
Please check these steps first:
- Check Spam/Junk and Promotions folders
- Confirm the email used at checkout is correct
- Wait up to 24 hours (most orders arrive sooner)
3) My file won’t open / download is corrupted +
Try the following:
- Download again using Chrome or a different browser
- If the file is zipped, use an unzip tool (Windows built-in or 7-Zip)
- For PDF files, open with a modern PDF reader
- Make sure your device has enough storage space
4) Order status & confirmation +
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. If payment is confirmed, we process your order and deliver it by email within 1–24 hours.
5) Payment issues (declined / charged but no order) +
- If payment is declined, try another card or payment method.
- If you were charged but didn’t receive an order confirmation, contact support with a screenshot of the charge and the email used at checkout.
6) How do I use coupon code VAGING20? +
